6. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Hypershift Academy reserves the right to change pricing with notice.

7. No Guarantees

Hypershift Academy does not guarantee employment, income, certifications, or specific outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, skill, and application.

8. Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Hypershift Academy makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypershift Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion for violations of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hypershift Academy operates.
