Access & Benefits

The All-Access Student Package provides active subscribers with:

Full access to all Hypershift Academy courses available during the subscription period
Access to free certifications upon successful program completion
Access to exclusive learning resources and materials

Access is granted for the duration of an active subscription only.

Subscription & Cancellation

This is a recurring subscription unless canceled by the student
Students may cancel at any time through their account or by contacting administration@hypershiftacademy.com
Cancellation will prevent future billing
Access to courses and resources remains available until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds are issued for unused time

Certification Eligibility

Certifications are awarded only after all program requirements are met
Meeting quiz score, project, and submission standards is mandatory
Hypershift Academy reserves the right to review all submissions before issuing certificates

Certification access does not guarantee certification issuance.

Acceptable Use

Access is granted to the subscribing student only
Sharing accounts, materials, or classroom access is prohibited
Hypershift Academy reserves the right to revoke access for abuse, misuse, or policy violations without refund

Changes to Content

Course content, resources, and programs may be updated, added, or modified to maintain quality and relevance
Subscribers receive access to available content during their active subscription period

Limitation of Liability

Hypershift Academy provides educational content for learning purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, income, or specific outcomes as a result of course participation.

The Enterprise Access Package provides subscribing organizations with:

Access for up to five (5) employee accounts
Full access to all Hypershift Academy courses available during the subscription period
Access to exclusive enterprise learning materials and resources
Access to free certifications upon successful program completion

Access is granted only while the subscription remains active.

Account Management

Each enterprise subscription includes up to five named user accounts
Accounts may be reassigned by the organization as needed
Account sharing beyond the allotted five users is prohibited
Hypershift Academy reserves the right to audit usage to ensure compliance

Subscription & Cancellation

Employees must meet all program requirements, including quiz scores and project submissions
Hypershift Academy reviews all submissions prior to certificate issuance

Acceptable Use

Access is limited to authorized employees of the subscribing organization
Course materials, resources, and certifications may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed
Hypershift Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for misuse or policy violations without refund

Content Updates

Courses, materials, and resources may be updated, added, or modified to maintain quality and relevance
Enterprise subscribers receive access to content available during the active subscription period

Limitation of Liability

Hypershift Academy provides educational services only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, employee performance improvements, certifications earned, or financial results.
